Description: A multimillion dollar company into food manufacturing and distribution (local & international) is in need of an Executive Secretary (to the company's MD).
Requirement:
Transferable Iqama
Male and Jeddah resident only
Filipino preferred (but not an absolute requirement)
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
Computer literate - good at composing memoranda, PowerPoint presentations & excel spreadsheet.
Can handle multiple and constantly changing travel itineraries so good experience in booking flights & hotel reservations online is a must.
Excellent in Internet research and do reports and effective presentations.
Smart and dynamic.
2 - 5 years of executive secretarial experience.
