Requirements : An Engineering or business degree or equivalent
5-7 years of experience as a Facilities Manager / supervisor
Bi-Lingual candidates would have a distinct advantage
Responsibilities: Responsible for full scope of facility operations of NMC premises, cordinating and supporting all facility initiatives including supervision and coordination of construction of new premises. ensure a clean safe secure and functional enviorment for our visitors and co-workers. Manages and coordinated maintanance of company building, mechanical operating systems furniture, fittings etc.
Must be available after hours and for emergancy and other unschedule situations and events
