Requirements :
- Atleast a general practitioner diploma with 3 years experience in the mediacl insurance in the insurance sector in GCC
- Intermediate knowledge of CRISIS, Excel and Word, proficient in English and Arabic
- Must have the Ability to communicate inside and outside of company; strong analytical skills
- Overlook implimetation of dashboards related to network Management
- Handle reconciliation, negotiation and International cases inbound and outbound to/ from Qatar
- Visit medical providers on regular basis to insure a proper understanding of Doctor's guidelines and medical poilicies.
- Visit and supervise in-patient cases; investigate ckients complaints against providers and take necessary steps to promptly resolve the matter
