Requirements : A human reource Degree or equivalent
5-7 years of related experience, preferably in Automotive Industry
Bi-Lingual candidates would have a distinct advantage
Responsibilities: Should be capable of guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, policies and programmes for the entire company. Head HR practices and objections that will provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment quality productivty and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and development of superior workforce.
Task : Recruiting and staffing; performance management and inmprovement systems; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation development and training : policy development and documentatio; employee service and counseling
