Job Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Bahrain
Organisation : A well established boutique interior design company Specializing in Hospitality and high end Residential Projects
Requirements: 10 years quantity surveying experience in interior Design and Decoration Industry in the GCC. BSc in Quantity surveying. Fluent in English.
Resposibilities : Perform risc and value analysis, monthly project progress valuation as well as cost control. Establish a system of financial control for reporting and forecasting cost against allowances. Produce accurate bills of quanitites and perform quantity cross checks as when required. Prepare detailed claims for payment and ensure all claims are documented. Ensure quality management systems requirements are included with in the sub contract agreement.
