Job Description : A brand new car importer in Iran and has an immediate requirement for a Technical Workshop Manager. Responsible for setting up a brand new Service operation, tools, equipment, recruitment and training of staff. Provide onsite Technical support as required for complex and urgent customer cases. Producing reports as required. This position will lead into a Service Manager position.
Requirements :
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience
- Previous customer relations experience preferred
- Experienced Automotive Technician
- Experience of accurate diagnosis & logical problem solving
- Experience of working to challenging targets and tight deadlines
- PC skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access)
- Good team and communication skills
- European national preferred
