Qualification: Bachelor's degree, in Business/Marketing. MBA preferred.

- Minimum 7 years experience with in an FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution organization with a proven track record of successfully handling the Traditional Account channel and managing a team of people.
- Strong analytical skills, including overall business analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, attention to detail, with impeccable follow-up to all sales calls.
- Ability to grow current accounts volume/revenue and the ability to present, negotiate and influence customers with a consultative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a must.
