Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience. Issue, Receive & distribute correspondence, Coordinate travel arrangements. Coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences and presentations. Maintain and update records and files. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Advanced knowledge of PC platforms, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively through telephone, email and written communications. Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and has good communication skills.
