Requirements: About 30-32 years of age with minimum 4 years relevant experience. Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. Have basic understanding of real estate matters. Computer literate with MS office skills.
Responsibilities: Lead the leasing sales activity for residential and commercial properties. Dealing with corporate and individual clients and market research. Assist in preparing proposals and ability to handle presentations to clients independently. Follow up on legal matters, rent collection, liaising with tenants, etc. Valid driving licence and own transport are essential.
