General administration functions:
Drafting of correspondence
Maintain, organize filing and follow up system
Coordinate with recruitment & personnel
Schedule meetings & prepare memos
Maintain log for incoming & outgoing correspondence
Generate Reports using MS Office Applications
Skills:
Highly motivated team player
1 - 2 years hands on experience in Administration
Pleasing personality, analytical with ability to work under pressure
Excellent correspondence drafting abilities
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office;
Exposure to Oracle based applications is a plus
Age group between 25-32 years
Sound communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
