Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Issue, Receive & distribute correspondence,
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences and presentations.
- Maintain and update records and files.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Advanced knowledge of PC platforms, Microsoft Word,
- PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively through telephone, email and written communications.
Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and has good communication skills.
