Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience.
- To ensure the successful and efficient management of the General Managerís office.
- The administration of incoming/outgoing mail/telephone calls.
- The preparation of all outgoing correspondence.
- The arrangement of travel and accommodation, appointments, and meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure, good organizational and secretarial skills and good business English.
Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and has good communication skills.
