Requirements:

Study of tender documents.
Preparation of schedule of materials
Material Takeoff (Buildings, Architectural finishes).
Built up analysis of unit rates.
Cost reporting submission to management.
Preparation of monthly evaluation to client.
Finalizing tender submission to client.
Contractual correspondence.
Preparation of monthly/weekly progress reports.
Preparation of variation orders to client.
Site attendance.
