Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of manufacturing / production experience in Food Industry with any FMCG multinational company.
- You will be responsible and accountable for the execution and development of maintenance programs for the overall performance improvement of the plant.
- Training the new staff at the same time monitor and support technicians with flexible shifts.
- Support and high importance towards maintenance, safety, quality and efficiency of machines operated.
- To act as a team player and ensure the operation of the machinery & equipments efficiently and reliably according to the company standards of safety, hygiene, quality and food safety and cost in order to deliver the contract as per the defined standards, overall planning of plant activities in coordination with logistics and engineering departments.
