Job title:
1. Service Sales Engineers:- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with technical knowledge in HVAC system.
- 3-5 year sales experience (preferred in GCC countries)
- Self-motivated with proven track records in sales.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally both in written and oral (English & Arabic)
- Valid driving license
2. Service Engineers:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a reputed technical school in HVAC
- 7 to 10 years hands on experience in the HVAC system /chilled water system.
- Ability to overhaul and install compressors, fault diagnoses, electrical, control and calibration.
- Good planning and implementation of PM schedule HVAC system
- Ability to lead and monitor a team of technicians, provide technical support and prepare technical reports.
- Computer Literate
- Driving license
3. Service Technicians:
- 2-3 Years diploma or ITI in HVAC from a reputed technical school.
- 7-10 years experience in HVAC /Chilled water system, PM and repairs, overhauling and installation of compressors.
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge including safety controls.
- Driving license
- Ability to work with other technicians.
- Good customer service skills.
