Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree.
Previous Experience in line management with fluent English (speaking & writing).
Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Must be enthusiastic person, who has a flair for retail and is passionate for customer service
Be able to motivate a team of sales people in order to meet targets, possesses good communication, merchandising skills, analytical skills & commercial acumen.
Must be able to monitor measure sales / staff productivity.
