Job Title: Manager Learning and Development

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Company: A leading Automotive Company in UAE

Requirements:

Must be having Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (postgraduate degree or professional certification (ASTD, CIPD) is preferred).
GCC/ US/ UK National preferred
7-9 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a leading position in learning and development and performance management.
Good working knowledge with computer-based Human Resources Systems including, preferably, Oracle HRMS.
Direct hands-on experience in the implementation of training and development modules including actual class-room contact.
Good exposure/experience in training material development.
