- Knowledge of Arabic Desirable
- Plus some experience in Management control, Management services and Planning
- Airline or related industry experience is preferred
Main Duties:
- Direct and manage the Quality Assurance, supervisor the customer care section
- Maintain System procedure related to Baggage claims and provide professional guidance to the divisional administrative entry
