Requirements:

• Minimum of (10) years broad experience in all phases of management, planning, preventive maintenance and regular maintenance, field execution, and interface coordination.


• Overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability and strong knowledge with current international standards and specifications


• Computer literate with proficiency with standard productivity software (MS Word, Excel, Auto Cad etc.)


• Excellent command of English and Arabic language, both written and verbal.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team member


• Bachelor of Science in Architecture


• Good written and verbal communications skills Arabic and English


• Good supervisory skills and able to write factual reports.


• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors, in particular those involved in at high raising towers.


• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair methods. Substantial experience in the inspection and maintenance of structural, civil and interior design services and specialist professional judgements.


• Ability to plan, schedule, train and supervise , perform complex repair and maintenance tasks.
