Requirements:
- Responsible for preparation of analytical cost estimate for construction works
- Minimum three years experience in Oman in similar position working in all sectors including industrial, commercial, residential and leisure on projects up to Rial 10 Millions.
- Candidate require knowledge of all forms of contract including traditional, partenring and design & build.
- Should maintain a strong technical construction knowledge as well as a keen understanding of current bulding regulations and other industry standards
