Has effective communication skills in English and Arabic
PC Literacy

Job Specifics:

Manage and receive customers' calls to maximize relationship building opportunities and directing them to the appropriate distribution channels or provide solution based on requirements.
Manage customer complains in well manner
Implement company quality management system
And create a warm, friendly, positive and memorable experience by communicating and engaging with each customer.
