Job Specifics:
- Manage and receive customers' calls to maximize relationship building opportunities and directing them to the appropriate distribution channels or provide solution based on requirements.
- Manage customer complains in well manner
- Implement company quality management system
- And create a warm, friendly, positive and memorable experience by communicating and engaging with each customer.
