Requirements:
- 40-45 years of age.
- University degree with preferably with management qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years experience of independently handling a handling a H.R. & Administration department.
- strong personality.
- Very good communication skill in Arabic and English both spoken and written, Computer skill and Spoken Hindi preferred.
- Leadership qualities and multi facet personality and good contacts in Ministries with Trade.
- Key result areas include recruitment and retention, meeting the Omanisation goals,creating a work culture that believes that the Best means of Growth Came from Within, administration of camps and maintaining discipline, employees welfare, Safety, Health and Training.
Compensation package will be commensurate with the candidates qualification and experience.
