Requirements:
18 years experience in Sales & Marketing to, with track proven record and figures.
Should have command an both Arabic & English.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Strong in securing sales and renting real estate projects with building management experience.
Monitoring the team's performance and motivation them to reach targets.
Should be able to develop and implement sales & rental strategies, forecast and techniques.
2.SALES EXECUTIVE REAL ESTATE
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience in Real Estate sector with track proven sales record and figures.
Should have command on both Arabic & English.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Strong sales and rental abilities with local market knowledge.
Highly developed communication skills.
Strong in closing sales and rental deals.
3.MANAGER TRAVEL &TOURISM
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years experience in same field.
Excellent command of hen and spoken English is essential.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Good management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Leisure Travel products &and holiday destinations.
To continuously source and service new business from existing and new market. To overseas and manage the operational activities to support and provide an efficient service delivery for guests. To understand the regulatory and compliance issue, In relation to running the agency activities. Should have experience in GSA handling.
4.SALES EXECUTIVE TRAVEL &TOURISM
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years sales and customer service experience in the travel/ tourism / hospitality industry.
Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Preference in handling VIP's and premium travelers.
A Thorough knowledge of Geography, travel and the local market. Standard fares and ticketing knowledge will be preferable. Influencing and Negotiation skills.
