Requirements:
- Responsible for overall management of the centre by maintaining ethical and quality standard and enforce the same within the team
- Responsible for optimal utilization of human and capital resource and should oversee the development review implementation of policies and procedure
- should along with the management team learn set up and review goals and performance standards for the centre at a functional team and individual level
- responsible for the achievement of project budgets and control of cost centre
