Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Location: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Iran

Requirements:
- Graduate Electrical Engineer, with minimum 10 years work experience in the Middle East
- Good knowledge of LV switchgear, wiring accessories and cable management systems
- Successful track record of generating business through channel partners, projects and specifi cations
- Successful track record of managing and motivating a team of techno/commercial engineers
- Excellent relationships with distributors, panel builders, contractors, consultants, utilities, architects and interior designers
- Motivated, proactive, able to work as a team member in a multicultural environment
- Fluent business communication skills in written / spoken English. Arabic will be an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license; should be able to travel within the Middle East
Job Profi le:
- Lead the sales team to achieve the sales and margin targets for the region
- Generate and achieve sales through projects & distribution networks
- Develop and manage distributors
- Customer base - dealers, consultants, contractors, panel builders & government institutions
- Develop & maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Promote various Hager brands & products to customers
- Be aware of local competitor activities and products
- Achieve business growth & increase market share
- Achieve specifi cation targets with consultants, developers & government departments
- Devise and implement a marketing & communications plan within the agreed budget
