Requirements:
- Study tender documents, drawings review, Quantities take off and obtain competitive prices.
- Prepare method of statement
- Prepare detailed cost analysis sheets.
- Estimate direct and indirect costs and prices of all mechanical/electrical work items.
- Previous experience in GCC countries is a plus
- Very good command of English language
- Good command of using Autocad, MS Office, internet application and preferable MEP software
