Requirements:
- •A Minimum of 5 - 7 years strong ticketing and reservations experience within a corporate / business travel environment.
- Must be IATA / UFTAA Certified and possess excellent proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus reservation system.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to high standards of confidentiality and honesty.
- Must be able to operate independently, but understand when to escalate issues to management
- Plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly, efficient manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of world geography preferred.
- Team oriented, energetic, self-motivated ability to work effectively with others.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)
- Male or female candidates fine, but female candidates will have an added advantage.
