Job Title: Financial Analyst - Retail Financial Services
To provide analytical and financial support to the BU and General Manager by preparing and providing required financial information.

Requirements:
- Education: professionally qualified - CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent
- -3 years of experience.
- Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Conduct detailed analyses as per business needs.
- Prepare and present key performance indicators.
- Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Perform resource efficiency analysis.
- Carry out profit optimizing analysis and provide recommendations.
- Evaluate sales promotions efficiency and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and update financial and/or managerial reports.
- Update the BU's master data base.
- Issue routine reports to operations, management and corporate finance.
- Apply NPV, IRR, cash flow and cost of capital concepts
