Job Title: Recruiter
Job Location: Qatar

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Masters degree in Human Resource would be a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge in staffing.
  • Independent problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines form start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate diverse cultural understanding.
  • Good Verbal & Written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the business and manage expectations with respect to hiring with an inclusive, open, and non-political management style.
Responsibilities:
  • Management of full lifecycle recruitment including interviewing, engagement & expectation management.
  • Deliver a "high touch" and highly visible service to Hiring Managers within the organisation by working closely with them in scoping out vacancies, offering market insight, intelligence and agreeing on an appropriate sourcing strategy for each role.
  • Meeting with Hiring Managers on a regular and consistent basis to create a workforce planning culture and build talent pipelines for the future.
  • To meet with and identify appropriate job boards and social media groups in order to reach out to and target appropriate talents by country. To consistently review performance and success rates of each job board and take action accordingly.
  • To manage Preferred Supplier Lists of vendors by country and review the performance of vendors.
  • To attend regular industry networking events to "talent scout" for purposes of identifying talent pool.
  • Ensuring the most appropriate channel to market is used for each vacancy and all direct channels are maximised.
  • Controlling costs of recruitment and reducing cost per hire over time.
  • Creation of action points to overcome negative trends, feedback or areas of low performance.
  • To ensure internal recruitment management system is utilised to its fullest extent
