- Graduating MBAs from top Business schools with 2-4 years of working experience in either Banking, Consultancy, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, or Operations, preferably within a blue chip company. Background in either FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Retail is welcome.
- Individuals with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, who also have the flexibility to learn and excel at a variety of business assignments.
- Some connection with the Middle-Eastern region is preferred. Basic command of the Arabic language is an advantage but not a requirement.
