Requirements:
  • Plan a monthly cycle to call all the existing & prospective customers to understand their requirements & ensure that these are met.
  • Build strong & strategic relationships with our existing & prospective customers.
  • Inter-act with customers positively to resolve any customer complaints.
  • Educated to high school or college level.
  • Experience in Service industry, preferably air freight
  • Fluent in English, both written & spoken
  • Transferable visa
