The Operations Officer is responsible for the preparation and submission of diplomatic clearances for aircraft and Royal Australian Navy ships, customs clearances for air and sea freight, assisting with visa applications for Australian Defence Force personnel to enter both the UAE and Qatar and maintaining operational records and databases. Requirements:
- Australian national
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong computer and keyboard skills including sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and discreetly with senior military officials and the general public
- Managing sensitive and confidential materials
- Proven ability to contribute strongly to the development of an effective and harmonious work unit
- Be prepared to work overtime and out of normal working hours. To achieve outcomes, proven ability to work with little or no supervision
- Previous experience dealing with Australian military

Conditions: Salary per month Dhs 18,701.00 which includes housing allowance and 15 percent loading for overtime, annual homeward economy leave fares, recreation leave of 30 working days per annum and other conditions.
