We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for one of the largest banks in the region. We are looking at candidates to handle internal and external customer enquiries on the telephone providing accurate and pertinent information according to the contact center guidelines and quality standards:

Requirements:
- Answer Inbound / Outbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific enquiries.
- Build customer's interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Besides the job related skills, a call center agent also requires the following qualities:
- Pleasant and friendly mannerism.
- Good Computer Skills with MS Office tools like MS Word & Excel.
- Being customer & quality focused, polite and willingness to work in shifts is a pre-requisite.
- Work experience in a banking call centre is a must.
- Excellent communication skills- English & Urdu.
All the selected candidates will be required to join at short notice.
