Requirements:
- Must have a Master’s Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational management skills.
- Information systems capabilities and understanding of quality processes.
- Experience in the Gulf Region a significant benefit.
- Knowledge of Arabic a plus.
- Preferably Native English speaker.
- Oversee some or all aspects of project implementation, including bidding, contract review, project management, implementation, and project reporting.
- Contribute to scientific leadership on projects
- On a project basis, scientific/engineering work force.
- Mentor employees
- Maintain visibility in the scientific community which will include and not be limited to writing and presenting papers, giving talks and contributing to scientific publications
- Prepare and follow-up on proposals
- Other related duties as instructed by the Supervisor and General Manager.
