- Minimum 5 years experience as Human Resources Manager in a leading multinational organization.
- Ability to guide and manage the Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
- Ability to originate and lead a High Performance Working Systems and Culture.
- Saudis are preferred or has transferable Iqama.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Highly Motivated and Self-driven.
- Working effectively with others
