- Degree in either Engineering or Business Management.
- Must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in the establishment of offshore operations as an extended office managed by the process owning organization or as an outsourcing or donor operational model.
- Must have hands-on experience in setting up and running offshore operation for multi-locations organizations.
- Should be well-versed with IT infrastructure required to establish back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- To analyze and identify SCM processes that can be re-mapped and migrated based on strategic goals and objectives. Define operational model, determine infrastructure (IT & Non IT) requirements and the changes in organization structure required to support the implementation of business process migration strategy.
- Assess feasibility of transitioning and migrating identified processes.
- Prepare business case for migration of the processes to proposed location(s).
- Identify process readiness, determine complexity and future changes in the functions to be offshored.
- Formulate the migration strategy (Pick and drop or Reengineer & Migrate).
- Design the future state (Organizational structure- Role and responsibilities and Operational model) to support the process changes.
- Perform risk assessment (Compliance, legal, Employee impact analysis).
- Develop detailed project plan and report implementation changes and the change management.
- Communicate proposals clearly to a diversified audience.
