Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in the same role.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
- Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- The candidate must have discretion, a professional demeanor, and be able to function independently in a high paced work environment.
- Strong PC skills including MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimate for various aspects of works to be consolidated into overall cost estimate.
- Ability to prepare tender documents.
- Review of contracts and identification of potential risk to be considered during proposals.
- Understanding of various contract types, method of measurements and specifications.
- Maintain proper filing system for each operation.
- Prepare and update list for all suppliers and projects.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to receive quotations with competitive prices.
- Identify the items’ specification and seek approval from concerned managers.
- Execute procurement requests within specified time frame upon completion of all documents required
