- Graduate/Diploma Engineer
- 4-8 years experience in the procurement function, last 3 years at a similar position with an oilfield services company into drilling & work over services
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Identifying potential suppliers.
- Checking and processing of Material Requisitions (MR) and follow-up with User Depts. on MR related queries.
- Sending out RFQs to appropriate suppliers.
- Receiving and Evaluating supplier quotes, negotiating with suppliers and raising Purchase Orders (PO).
- Liaising with Controllers and other approving authorities on PO related queries and resolving them.
- Coordinating with MB Finance Dept and the suppliers on invoices, back up documentation and payments.
- Visiting Suppliers’ facilities and company’s warehouses / sites.
