- Graduate with 12-15 years experience, and the last 8-10 years experience in a similar position.
- The person should have been residing in Dubai for at least 10 years.
- Should have excellent knowledge of the Dubai government working rules and regulations on things such as work permits, visas, import and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Safe up-keep of company documents, property and vehicles.
- Manage payment of rentals, water, electricity, telephone, post box and others.
- Manage travel & hotel bookings for MB visitors.
- Liaise with MBPS and MB Holding offices in Oman.
- Handle all duties pertaining to security & administration.
