Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT with 2 years of experience. OR Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent and 4 years of experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic is an asset.
Certification and Licensure: MCSE/CCNA etc…

Job Accountabilities:

Upgrade antivirus, antispam installations on user workstations.
Answer technical queries of users and direct queries to concerned IT section for further support.
Create, update and delete user accounts in e-synergy and Auto Management systems, and active directory.
Grant access of internet/E-mail depending on the nature of work and as per GM IT approvals and based on e-Synergy related requests.
Monitor movement of IT equipment through network shift task in e-synergy.
Monitor the performance, communication status of IT equipments on the network.
Backup and restore business data on servers on a daily basis.
Furnish summary reports of backup operations, internet usage and IT equipment across the group.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
