- Diploma degree in related field of education
- Very good command of English, Arabic would be an advantage
- Good correspondence and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office applications.

Duties & responsibilities:
- General Office Management
- Sending personnel announcement
- Drafting routine letters
- Maintaining department records and files
- Assisting to prepare documents, reports, presentations
- Preparing meeting minutes (minute outcomes, action plans and follow ups)
- On boarding new staff in the department on "office matters"
- Handling queries on office matters.
- set up of video conferencing and audio conferencing and large meeting rooms, manage a log / proper reservation system
- Leave planner upkeep, hot desk arrangements
- Serve as the records management focal poing
- Organizing / coordinating events in / outside offices in conjunction with internal host
- Maintenance / stock management of office supplies
- Mail receiving and destruction
- Provide general and admin support around the office
- Back up to personal assistants
