Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of UAE work experience in an HR department, preferably with a qualii cation in HR
- Good interpersonal skills
- Interest in IT systems / potential to develop knowledge of IT systems
- Experience in handling facility management
- PRO experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ideally experienced in purchasing function
- UAE driving license
Your main tasks are:
- Visa renewal / cancellation & other PRO work
- Sorting and shortlisting of CVs, interviewing candidates and conducting orientation of new employees
- Coordinating employee training and development
- Managing staff holidays and the staff attendance system
- Coordination with the IT partner for the maintenance of IT equipment
- Coordination with the MEP partner for any plumbing, A/C and electrical maintenance work
- Purchasing furniture, ofi ce equipment, etc.
- Renewal of insurance policies & trade license renewal
- Managing company owned and leased vehicles
