Requirements:
- Graduate with Minimum 3 - 5yrs of experience in Retail Industry, independently handling an indoor store.
- Knowledge about Pricing, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Stock & Staf Management
- Inventory & Merchandising
- Financial Management
- Product Knowledge
- Good Leadership qualities
- Strong People Management
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to delegate eiciently, follow-up & provide guidance to his team
- Must be organized , self driven and flexible
- Problem Solving, Decision Making and able to achieve results
- Must complete 2 years in the current company
