Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- 1-3 years experience in a call center environment.
- Fresh graduates with appropriate skills will also be considered.
- Candidate must have excellent English skills (written & Verbal),
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are a must,Strong customer focus.
- Attractive remuneration package, employment visa and/ or work permit.
- Candidates must be on transferable visa and available to join immediately.
- Providing first-rate customer service in a call center environment in a 24*7 environment,
- Manage customer expectations & ensure a robust communication rhythm,
- Display strong customer handling skills and efficient problem solving to meet customer needs.
