Requirements:
- Must have excellent English Communication skills – Spoken English should be without Mother Tongue Influence Candidate must be an effective organizer & have the ability to multi-task
- Previous administrative, Secretarial, office/project coordination work is desired, but not a must
- Those with an Advertising/PR agency (Managing coordination) or a team member within a HR/Recruitment business providing support will be given top priority
- Pleasing personality, with attention to grooming & presentation.
- Must have the inherent ability to relate to people, create genuine rapport & be a team person
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Applications especially in Excel, Outlook & Power Point. Interests in creative softwares such as Adobe packages will be considered a plus
- Must have a vibrant and confident personality (role would require constant client interfacing)
- Open to any nationality; must not be over 27 years old, female applicants only
