Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Location:  Kuwait

Requirements:
  • The Ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in  MIS' IS/CIS/CS, Engineering or other technical disciplines: with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Experience with Internet / Web (POP3, SMTP, HTTP. SSLnTCP/IP etc) is preferred.
Responsibilities 
  • Assist employees with installation, configuration, on-going usability of desktop computer
  • Recommend and/or perform upgrades on systems  to' proactive maintenance 
  • Follow the hardware standard operating procedures on updating and escalating tickets within  companies' ticketing system
  • Provide pro-active support for all hardware in  the company’s offices
  • Provide one-on-one client training on hardware  equipment and desktop applications and/or protocols
