- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other .
- Configuration of client’s equipment such printers scanner .... etc.
- Ability of Troubleshooting and Computer Networks.
- Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems .
- Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards,hubs and switches.
- Must have knowledge about ISA , exchange and configuration of outlook plus knowledge working in domain environment .
- Transferable Iqama
- Saudi Driving License
- Car
