Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer, with minimum 5 years of hands-on estimation experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Fuel Systems and Gases for large projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Capable of pricing the mentioned systems competitively.
- Capable of dealing with and getting prompt attention from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Well-experienced in tender documentation (specifications / drawings / conditions of contracts / BOQs).
- Coordinate with the Draftsman and/or Quantity Surveyor to ensure accurate and comprehensive quantity takeoffs.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Office and AutoCAD drawings.
