Senior Sales Executive / Program Adviser, UAE

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Program Adviser - preferably based in Abu Dhabi who would report to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in a B2C environment. 
• Computer literacy particularly with MS Office. 
• Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Handle walk in clients and phone calls. 
2. Counsel students.
3. Sale of study tools to students. 
4. Conduct desktop and primary market research on competition, demand etc.
5. Issue invoices and receipts for books and courses. 
6. Keep track of study tools inventory and arranging for restocking.
7. Arrange for free workshops and other events in Abu Dhabi.
8. Liaise with Head Office in Dubai on client issues. 
9. Any ad-hoc support required by Management.
