  • Minimum Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (MS is preferable).
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years (Preferably in a consulting firm).
  • Good English is a MUST. Arabic speaking is a plus factor.
  • Familiar with the UAE market and with existing clients.
  • With a valid UAE driving license.
